HOW DOES MYREGATA WORK
Myregata is a platform dedicated to the management and the promotion of sailing events. Clubs or classes can use it, paying a fee (seasonal or for one regatta only), to manage their events. Myregata allows Clubs and classes to manage and keep up-to-date all the event data, registrations and automatic online payments, simplified upload of information, data, documents and results of the event. Myregata is a free service for sailors who use it to register to events.
- freely browse among future and past (archive) regattas, consult information, documents, entry lists, results and social networks;
- create his/her own Myregata profile;
- register online and pay directly with credit cards;
- register the team, or friends;
- keep a history of own regattas and results.
In the section “Regattas” the user find all future and past regatta published on Myregata. The user can select the regatta you want and see all the info and data on the page dedicated to the event.
Each regatta-page presents all the information of the event: the name of the regatta, the organising club, the location, the dates and the social networks linked to the event. Users can consult and download all the regatta's document, such as NoR, SI, Notices, or check the entry list (always up-to-date) or the results.
The user in a few “clicks” can freely create your own Myregata profile. To register go to the dedicated area “login/registration”, enter the email address and the password. Then enter in your e-mail,open the authentication email sent by [email protected] and open the link in order to confirm the registration. Now your profile is created.
Once the registered, the user can log in by entering your username "e-mail" and password "that entered during the registration area dedicated" Login / Register ". If you forgot your password or you did not received the activation email, you can request it by pressing link: "Forgot password?" and "Activation message not received?"
Once logged in to the reserved area, you can enter and manage your user data and change your password, into "My Account". You must fill in the following fields: Name, Last Name, Fiscal Code, Telephone, Continent, Country, State, County, City, Zip Code, Address, FIV Card number, ISAF Code, Sex, Date of Birth, Email address, Club.
In the reserved area you find the following sections:
- Upcoming Races: Here you find all the races that have entries open and to which you can register (or register other athletes)
- Subscribers confirmed: in this section you can find all the races in which you have enrolled and you are present in the entry list. If online payment is enabled, you find also all those regattas where you have performed both registration and payment. These entries can not be modified or deleted by the user, to edit this section you must contact directly MyRegata through [email protected].
- Pending registrations: lists of all entries that have not yet been confirmed, and which may still be modified.

Once you have chosen your regatta you can sign up directly on the portal MyRegata. If you are in the public section by clicking on "Sign up" you will be asked to log in by entering your username and password. If you are already in your members area you will need to follow step by step the 4 phases of registration.
- Step 1: Entry your boat and crew data
- Step 2: Check if your data are correct and if necessary correct them. Confirm registration (if required, pay by credit card)
- Step 3: A confirmation e-mail of the registration will be sent to you.
